45ml Martini Rosso Vermouth
- Fill a martini glass with ice and set aside to chill.

- Empty the martini glass of the ice.
- Strain mixture into martini glass.
- Garnish with orange twist.
You get strong, mostly orange scent from the glass as you raise it to your lips to take your first sip, there is a little vermouth-ie / brandy kind of smell hiding a little bit behind it in wait, making you just a little bit nervous of what is to come.
You taste it.
At first it takes just like water, which is greatly confusing considering the alcohol content, you roll it over your tongue and the bitter-sweet gin and orange flavours creep over your taste buds awakening you to the taste. It is truely lovely. You swallow and it is gone, no length, just magically vanishes. Then you breathe out. You are surprised as all the sudden your mouth and nostrils are filled with a fleeting taste of vermouth and alcohol. But then it's gone, as quickly as it arrived. The second taste is even better.
Pretty good drink for a person who like kind of a sweet punchy drink. Might also be for people who enjoy dessert wines.
