Caramel Cadbury Egg Martini
With Easter just days away, we couldn't resist the urge to hit you with a splendid Easter themed cocktail recipe to get you pumped for all the chocolate you can't wait to eat, or even better: to give you a fancier way to devour it!
45ml Bailey's Creme Caramel
15ml Creme de cacao
30ml Caramel Syrup
Fill martini glass with ice and leave to chill.
Place Bailey's, creme de cacao, caramel syrup, cream and 1/2 a tablespoon of chocolate syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake until all ingredients are well combined.
Empty chilled martini glass.
Dip rim of martini glass in chocolate syrup.
Drizzle chocolate syrup around the inside of the rim of the glass.
Strain contents of the cocktail shaker into the martini glass.
Very intense mix of caramel and chocolate and incredibly sweet because of that. It has the liqueur aftertaste, which helps you remember that there's alcohol in it, but doesn't detract from the bloody amazing flavour. 100% reminds you of the flavours you get eating a chocolate caramel egg.
